The Phillies opening with the Rangers is such a random matchup for opening day. But off to a good start currently up 5-0 in the top of the 7th, 10 strikeouts and 3 hit day from Christopher Sanchez.

Yeah apparently the Phillies when he got fired suddenly had the thought Cora is avaliable we should fire our manager and not just vecause we have the worst record in baseball? Called him he said no, then decided to follow through and fire Rob Thompson anyway.

I think Cora is overrated but Red Sox fans hate ownership with a passion that makes NASCAR fans look positive.
