Also with how much of a troll Kyle was, a few of his old on track competitors who had routinely fought with him for wins getting hit with Suarez taking 2 tires + bad weather every time one of them got in striking distance would be something he would've gotten a kick out of.

Denny and Bell are both pissed.

Love that Carl is back. Saw some God interview with Carl and said that he tried to hide his son from racing but they can't, so Carl Edwards kid is taking the racing journey too.

Need more Carl in the sport. His driving career is done, but he belongs in the sport.

Carl should be in the booth

Larson 3rd most stage points, 6th most points on the season. Some results on the table.

Katherine Legge looks like she just got off of work and wants to hit the sack. Looks like she's about to fall asleep.

If this was indycar you'd all be applauding the strategy and saying its amazing.
Some of the worst 500s on record were rain-shortened. 1973 and 2007 come to mind, although not all down to the weather. ‘73 was a disaster all around. Dario got his first win in ‘07 in pretty similar circumstances to tonight.

Ultimately I think calling it was the right call and I'm happy that we got most of the distance in AND it was actual racing and not constant cautions. But man, the weather officiating was terrible. Would've been better to just keep it red flagged during that lightning caution instead of jerking us around like they did.

Just watched the race hilights on YouTube as I was working during the race.
Just heartbreaking watching the family before the race.

RIP Kyle. I thank you for all the enjoyment you gave me watching you race.
