Only in NASCAR would a heterosexual couple be competing against each other in the same league. Is this unprecedented in NASCAR? All of sports? The only other sport I could think of where it's possible is mixed doubles tennis but no one watches that.

Competitive eating - Hot Dog contests. :oops:
The PGA tour has had a couple of women competitors (Babe Zaharias and Annika Sorenstam).

Like the way I feel about all the other drivers, I dont give a crap about her personal life if it doesnt affect her racing. Drama soap opera bullsh!t dont interest me. I Like her, I dont like Skankhouse I think he's way overrated like many before him, Logano etc. Hope she shows the boys she's got a right to race with them and wins ROTY kicking S-houses ass.

I'm trying to digest the part where Stenhouse is the overrated one of the 2. :confused: He's won 2 NW championships while Danica hasn't shown any real success in the NW series.

I did not compare the (big word alert) :D overratedness of the two. Just stated my opinion on S-house in the overrated department. He won two championships in the minors but I think he has a rude awakening coming when he has to face the big boys week after week and there is a good chance he will have a meltdown like many others before him. Time will tell. Also I am heterosexual and think with both heads.
 
I'm simply amazed that people who don't know Nascars history get so upset over the Ricky /Danica thing . Nascar has been a family sport since day one, brothers racing brothers ,fathers racing sons , fathers racing daughters , grandfathers racing grandsons , heck , every one of Dales kids raced. Half of the garage area is married to the other half . This has never been a factor before ,except now it's about Danica .
