Biased? They guy is a walking talking headline that races 2 or 3 times a week. Even if NW and CW aren't covered by Fox, it gets him mentions on Sunday. Also, DW is a major KB nut hugger.

Based on what I saw on TNT last weekend, it's impossible to mention anyone more times than the number of commercials.Everytime I see a race on FOX a particular girl gets mentioned more times than the number of commercials aired through the race, but when races are covered by TNT, ESPN or SPEED it's a different story.
