School forces wet, half-naked girl outside in subzero weather

When someone becomes a school administrator do they suck they brains out? I see and read more and more of this zero tolerance shi(r)t that it's sickening. They appear to have no freakin' common sense and they're teaching the kids..it's no wonder that Johnny can't read.

Sue these sumbeaches to their last breath.
 
Too bad it's a 9th grader. If she was a senior, maybe one of the guys in the school would have volunteered to warm her up....
 
Back when I was in school I would had let her use my coat no matter what, and the school here really is just stupid. Sick of stuff like this and other things that schools do.
 
One thing if this was a school in Florida or any other southern state. But Minnesota? In February?
I wonder why there hasn't been talk of child abuse?

my thoughts exactly. I sent the link to a friend that's a sheriff deputy, he said no way that somebody at the school (if not more than 1 person) won't get away with anything less than child endangerment.
 
I haven't posted in this thread yet because I just don't know what to say. I would know what to do if the girl was mine, a relative or a friends, but I'm at a loss for words.
