The Weather Channel to cut reality programming, returning to DIRECTV

Doesn't matter to me if they come back or not. I never watched the idiots standing out in storms trying to prove their man/womanhood. I watch weather nation more than I watched the weather channel anyway.
 
Good! The only time they do non stop coverage is if there is a high chance of tornadoes. Hopefully this will change that. If the storms are in my area, obviously I can watch the local channels, but I do have family in other areas and would like to be able to watch live coverage to make sure they are safe as well.

I get WeatherNation over the air. That channel is useless.

Not all of us have the luxury of quality storm warning coverage from local television networks. I wish I had The Weather Channel during the big storm earlier this year. I followed on their website and a few other weather blogs. The Weather Channel (online video, that is) nailed down the storm as did other weather blogs while our local channels weren't even in the same galaxy as accurate. Then, when the storm hit, the local channels couldn't be bothered to even run a ****** ticker with emergency information.

The Weather Channel still has a purpose.

they were too busy talking about Los Angeles' forecast. NEWSFLASH: The weather is always ****** perfect in Los Angeles. IDGAF about their weather. Hell, if I lived there, I'd never turn on the weather, ever.

I always thought that they were useless.

But If I had only known that their weather girls stand in the rain.......
 
I get my weather from the 700 Club.
