Was watching pre race, and a comment they made about needing a drafting partner caught my attention. Maybe they reversed their stupid 'no bumping rule', leading for a great race this afternoon!

Edwards mentioned something about giving smoke a bump in the tri oval in practice as well I believe. yesterday.

An announcer talking to sadler: "you can bump but not latch on." Sounds promising.

I see the JRM cars didnt have any speed in qualifying. Whats up with that? Could be a long day for me.

Qualifying means diddly squat. The jr motorsports cars are essentially hendrick with hms motors. They'll be really fast

Maybe its this new qualifying format. I dont know. It just concerned me starting so far back in the pack. Go Chase!

I don't speak much sign language but that looked like a sham!
Looked like the asl national anthem is missing a lot of nuance.

This place is such a wild card anything can happen and usually does.

Beautiful day here in the south for a race...nice that the heavy weather has mostly moved on.

Would have loved to have been there today but...it just didn't work out. Hoping for a good safe race!

Could someone please tell Bestwick that Talladega is the world's fastest speedway?

Damn the broadcast is a lap and a half behind race buddy and race view

Stands look packed on TV. Haven't seen a Nationwide race get this kind of crowd for a while. Other tracks would kill to get this kind of crowd to show up for a Nationwide race.

And only three Cup regulars in the field. So much for needing to have Cup guys compete in Nationwide to draw a big crowd.

Yeah, I wish I coulda been there....great weather...should be a good race. Then you got Saturday night at the track and the races over at the little dirt track...hard to beat.

It's impossible for the high line to get up there without bumping.

I hope I don't speak too soon but Bayne seems to be using his head much more this year than before.
