Agreed, doesn't make the situation any less awful and not that any of us want to go and not trying to be super morbid but going to sleep and not waking sounds like the least painful and scary way to go.
I swear I don't get a cut or anything but check out and do some DDP Yoga, any time I'm feeling like **** and do some for a few weeks I feel incredible again. Honestly any type of yoga is amazing for back and general feeling stiff problems.

JD Gibbs was 49 as well, they knew he had been sick though, don't remember hearing anything about Coy being sick. Just awful to lose both sons at a young age of 49.
I'm no Ty Gibbs fan but this is rich coming from someone who has been a douche bag in the past. I've never been the biggest Noah fan but thought he was turning a corner until this week with all this nonsense. Acting like he's the booking example of maturity. What a bunch of sour grapes and...
Can one of the mods change my name to just StewartHaas Racing? Between Kyle leaving and the older I get the more insufferable I find Joe Gibbs and not liking Ty I need a change lol
Happy for Bubba but just a shame his first win had to come under a rain out. No burn out, no celebrating with a full stand of people, definitely a missed opportunity in terms of it looking like a bigger moment on video.
I've said Pocono is boring if you're actually there because it's one of the worst tracks to see a race from in the stands and even high up, you really miss all the action cause the infield blocks so much of the view. I like the races on TV though.
I've easily been the biggest Danica hater here over the years and even I wouldn't think she would wreck the pace car lol in terms of her commentary? I wouldn't know, god bless the mute button.
Sucked that Daly had his race ruined by that tire but I'm so happy they designed these cars to protect the drivers heads, that would have been an absolutely horrific and devastating moment a few years ago where we might have lost him.
