It's not the sanctioning body's problem that you didn't get your guys to the track on time. Everyone was aware of the schedule

I'm not sure it was the teams' fault.

FlightAware says flight landed at 5:49p PT ... plane has about 10 crews on it. There is expected to be an escort to the track for them and NASCAR security will try to get them inside as quickly as possible.
