Cup RACE thread --- Indy

24 team having a year like Elliott in 2022. World beaters first couple months of season, then fell apart in summer.

Briscoe can’t drive for **** man. Washed up into the 24 and bottled up everybody else.

No, still need another stop no?

Everyone does. At the very least, looking primed for a top 5 finish. Elliott and Hamlin should be on same cycle.

Larson's issues will give Elliott a chunky points lead here unless they manage to strategize their way to a top 10 imo

5 pitting for 4 tires here.

Smart thing to do, in order to make this an effecient points day, would be to run the rest of the race on the same tires.

Man. The 5 team has had ample opportunity for about a month to burry the regular season championship, and are just throwing it away with poor race execution. And that's WITH missing the 600.

What a disaterous month and a half for the 5 team in terms of points racing..Jesus.

Byron must’ve learned the term “squirrel” this week

I hope so. Still doesn't seem like enough.

It'll be interesting to see if tires make much of a difference the second half of the race. So far, there hasn't been much fall off
It wont be any different, the more rubber laid down the less the wear.I see 2 tire stops on the last stage

See 9 fans? Frazzled for nothing. Driver error and still builds on the points lead today. 5 got way more hosed by team error
