It is like driving your car down the road minding your own business and then just splat like that, all over your windshield.I'm lost why are we talking about birds?

I think a "random" drug test may be in orderIt is like driving your car down the road minding your own business and then just splat like that, all over your windshield.
I hadn't ever done it, but if I was skydiving the temptation to give the same treatment back to one of those harmless creatures would have to be considered.
But then it gets really messy when you realize a large part of the bird population is artificial birds, designed for surveillance. They are watching everything you do, and they are watching the wimmins too. I am sure that the France empire and dictatorship is watching and manipulating everything dowm to controlling the culture as well.
Somebody needs to splat on them

I thought you were talked about rednecks not birds, especially killdeer.
I know that, Charlie. There was no confusion. And my post was not intended to complain about R-F members expressing opinions about the lawsuit, despite not knowing much about the facts or the law.@LewTheShoe , let me clarify.
I realize in hindsight my comment could be interpreted as suggesting you should look this stuff up yourself. That is NOT what I meant.
I meant knowing jacksh*t has never been required to post on the Internet, and it's pointless to expect otherwise. The comment was indeed intended to be snotty, just a different flavor of snot. My apologies for any confusion....
You do know hoe the Internet works, right?I just think we should refrain from claiming to know a lot more than we actually know. We should label our biased opinions as such.
No, it looks like maybe you don’t!because R-F members tend to be more knowledgeable and more reasonable than average blowhards spouting off on Twitter or Reddit.
I've tried to avoid saying either way but I also recall it gets a cut.I am almost 100% certain that Nascar *does* collect a fee from each charter transfer.
Bet get a cut from every car/part purchase too.You do know hoe the Internet works, right?

The reason the parts move thru Nascar is so they can be inspected. Of course conspiracy theorists will come up with whatever. I wouldn't be surprised if that doesn't raise the costs on parts. Part inspectors don't work for nothing, I don't think there is a non profit for part inspectors.Bet get a cut from every car/part purchase too.
You don't think the "parts inspectors" are NASCAR employees? Salaried employees? The reason the parts move thru Nascar is so they can be inspected. I would read the first sentence slowly. You don't think the "parts inspectors" are NASCAR employees? Salaried employees?
Charlie brought up his favorite song and it went downhill from there.
Charlie's boyhood hero
Great tactics.. but what doesn't make sense to me is, if they're smart enough to do these different defense strategies. Why aren't they smart enough to build a nest in a tree instead of on the ground?!The famous 'broken wing' behavior. They're trying to lure potential threats away from their nests or chicks. 'Follow me, I'm an easy meal!' Once the threat has followed far enough away, that wing miraculously heals. 'Sucker.'
Didn't a team get penalized in the Gen 7 era for using parts that had been supplies as out of tolerance directly from the approved manufacturer? I recall them being told compliance was the team's responsibility. The reason the parts move thru Nascar is so they can be inspected
Hitch was a brilliant director but that stupid movie doesn't make any sense. There's literally no explanation for the birds' behavior. There are also some pretty dumb people.
Nope, that was Hendricks excuse as to why they modified their hood louvers. Nascar didn't buy it.Didn't a team get penalized in the Gen 7 era for using parts that had been supplies as out of tolerance directly from the approved manufacturer? 40-4=36=what were we talking about again?Well from what I've seen nascar plans on allowing 4 open cars again next season. Also it looks like 23XI is getting ready to make an announcement about a 3rd car.
Does anyone else realize that if they don't get an injunction there isn't even enough spots for the 3 23XI cars and even 2 Front Row ones?

You owe me some coke...There are 40 total starting spots available.
Without an injunction, there will be 32 chartered cars in the field.
Last I heard was 32 charters, 4 opens and a total of 36 cars in the fieldThere are 40 total starting spots available.

What happens if the injunction appeal is successful and those 4 charters come back to life?Last I heard was 32 charters, 4 opens and a total of 36 cars in the field

I would guess 36 charters and 4 openWhat happens if the injunction appeal is successful and those 4 charters come back to life?
Pretty sure that is going to get brought up at the December 2nd appeal when they reconvene lol. SMH. I think 23XI might succeed in running Front Row out of the series if they keep going with their boneheaded ways.I think the hardship argument just got a lot harder to make.
"So you're so hard up that you just added a 3rd team after having your request for injunction denied?".......
Didn't the judge say they should refile after they actually experienced hardship? Well expanding sure seems like the opposite of that.

Yeah this one baffles me. At least go in there and claim hardship in that you are waiting to start the 3rd team because of the financial hardship incurred. They didn't need to announce crap yet.Pretty sure that is going to get brought up at the December 2nd appeal when they reconvene lol. SMH. They should have at least waited until after the December 2nd hearing date lol. Could be they gave up and are throwing in the towel or maybe they enjoy shooting themselves in the foot.Yeah this one baffles me. I'm no lawyer, but this just seems like one of the dumbest moves you could have made.
I would of went in there "yeah we'd really like to announce a 3rd team, but we're struggling with the financial burden of getting enough sponsorship to run it as an open car". Who cares what your plan really is, that's the story I would have until the next hearing.

Let the speculation games begin!"what's changed not specified"
That’s the only purpose of this thread atm. Well it’s something to talk about till Daytona. Since Deegan is gone anywayLet the speculation games begin!
That would still indicate NASCAR doesn't inspect the parts, at least not between the suppliers and the teams. Otherwise, it would have caught the incorrect ones and they wouldn't have reached Hendrick.Nope, that was Hendricks excuse as to why they modified their hood louvers. Nascar didn't buy it.
