23XI statement on not signing Charter agreement

Theres nothing in me that "doesn't want to know the truth". I'm not sure why people act like that. I prefer to base my opinions on facts and things I can see or hear. Me saying I've never heard it has absolutely nothing to do with whether or not it is true or has been said.. until hearing something like that why would I base an opinion on it? Seems like nonsense to me.

I have no dog in this fight. I couldn't care less who wins. I just state my opinion or view based on what I know or see. I am more than willing to have my opinion changed when presented with evidence suggesting otherwise.
I understand...I was just giving you a hard time and really didn't mean "the truth" statement to be anything but sarcastic. Sorry about that.

“Judge ruled today that 23XI and Front Row can sign the charter agreements and pursue the lawsuit” …

Bullying fail. Perhaps it’s time to re-convene the negotiation process and find a way to resolve this. Rather than have your laundry exposed in public.

Just my opinion, of course.

I don’t know if NASCAR can appeal, but the notion of forcing NASCAR to allow teams to aquire and use charters when they refuse to sign a charter agreement just seems wrong. No wonder they used snoops to find dirt on the original judge so he’d quit the case 🧐 (s)

I would hope nascar can appeal because the teams were allowed too

My takeaway from this is now other teams could realistically join the lawsuit. And many of them have very publicly said they only signed the agreement because NASCAR put a metaphorical gun to their head.

THIS!

I said from the jump that a settlement would happen before the flag drops at Daytona. With the prospect of NASCAR having to open the books for discovery looming, I believe they will be meeting the teams at the negotiating table real quick.

I think we're still a distance away from the 4th stage (Bargaining) as far as the fandom goes on this one. Shock came with the suit; Denial has largely followed it in terms of the capability of the suit to show merit and the potential for damages to the plaintiff. I'm guessing we're only now scratching the anger phase.

win or lose I still think the 2 teams come out of this on the bad side of PR with the fans

A majority of fans seem to feel NASCAR is not trusted and often decry their rulings as biased or unfair. All anyone need do is re-read posts from a variety of fans after NASCAR makes a controversial call. That is when allegations of favoritism begin.

The majority of Nascar fans like Nascar so they can complain. What else is new. :idunno:

I know you don't care what I think but I agree 100%!

Using that logic, da judge in his own way is saying F-1 and Indycar are monopolistic also. Looks like he opened up a can of worms.

That's one hell of a reach, even for you.

F1 and IndyCar are both open-wheel racing. How can they both be monopolistic when they're, in a lot of ways, the same thing? If F1 bought out IndyCar, then yeah, it is.

If ARCA was still independent, this lawsuit wouldn't have merit and this ruling wouldn't have happened.

Seems gonna have bunch on ignore for a few weeks. Certainly won't be missed.

EDIT: Believe it's new keyboard time. Been having some spelling issues lately that ain't all me. Think it's 3-4 years old. Been dropped a time or 30.

Are you trying to say there isn't any stock car racing besides Nascar?
