The violation on the 90 at least seems like something that can reasonably be attributable to something happening during the race, like hitting debris or contact on a restart. The Andretti issues were likely not something discoverable without a complete teardown. Not unlike how, in NASCAR, a lot of the big penalties seem to come after an entry gets randomly selected to go to R&D.Seems like they should be finding more of the illegal stuff while going through the prerace tech. They have almost 48 hours from the final practice until the green flag to get it done.
