It’s pretty rare you get a good, competitive CFB NCG but that one delivered and then some.

I think it’s just spectacular that a team was still able put together the best, most complete season from start to finish and win the natty in the expansion era. 16 and freaking 0. And of all programs to get it done, it was Indiana. Holy cow.

Pretty much for Indiana's entire football history them making a bowl would be considered a tremendous season and exceeding expectations. Now they just finished one of the greatest seasons of all time. Still can't really believe this is true.

2 years ago we all thought Oregon, Washington and USC were the powerhouses being added to the Big Ten. Little did we know the new dynasty was already in the conference

For years I would pick horrible teams on NCAA Football and try to turn them into powerhouses. Cignetti did it quicker in real life. He wins. Google him.

Indiana played the most competitive game of all the 1st round losers last year. SMU and Tennessee got properly whooped, and Clemson never really made it close. People just thought Indiana were going to be a one-off who benefitted from a friendly schedule last year. That was only the beginning. With Cignetti and that large, wealthy alumni base, Indiana should be contenders at least into the 2030s.

This would really be such a nothing if the pearl clutchers didn't make a big deal of it.

"ESPN showed a porn star and I don't want my child exposed to that" ... sounds like that person's child more likely to be exposed to it by their parents than ESPN.

Not sure I get the issue. I saw her during the game, had no idea who she was, and wouldn't have cared if my kids saw it.
