I think that's the correct decision. Homestead finale is a big part of the series' history. Has a lot of aura to it.

I didn't realize that homestead hosted so many more finales than Atlanta. I always felt like it was at Atlanta forever but I guess when your a kid what seemed like forever isnt as long as you think!

Seems like also the finale is going to be rotated frequently. I'd rather the final 10 get rotated or refreshed on an annual basis to prevent 06-10 from happening again , personally.

It didn't move to Atlanta until maybe 1987? Whenever Riverside closed.

I remember people saying he'd never win another championship when they went to the playoff BS. And sure enough, he did.

I’m not so concerned with where the finale is anymore now that we have the Chase format back, but Homestead is a great location for it.
