I was wondering the same thing? I don't remember him taking any hits last week?I assume he got it through a concussion?
Mine seems to get aggravated by lying in one position too long.I assume he got it through a concussion?
Yup, ended my working career. That vertigo can be nasty stuff.
Oddly enough, I was reading an article about this a few months ago.BPPV happens when tiny canalith particles break loose and fall into the wrong part of the semicircular canals of the inner ear.
Fortunately, a physical therapist was able to relieve the symptoms with a series of movements called the canalith repositioning procedure.
Alex Bowman to be sidelined at least four more weeks (three races plus Easter break)...
What a place to come back from vertigo.Alex Bowman has been cleared and will be racing this weekend at Bristol.

Ten Tenths Motor Club (the new sports car track next to Charlotte Motor Speedway)
While I mostly agree, would he have been able to schedule time on Cup series track on such little notice even if NASCAR had allowed it? Considering Hendrick has a stake in Ten Tenths, they probably got the track time cheap or even free.I am the furthest thing from a Chain Gang apologist, but the fact that NASCAR won't allow him to get into a real car at a real track to determine his readiness is taking the no testing thing too far, and it is the most dumb ass thing ever. Enough already.

I hope that doesn't cause a long-term reduction in the testing teams sometimes do at Kershaw Carolina Motorsports Park. I like knowing a road course in a boondock mill town can attract Cup teams. Plus my mother-in-lawTen tenths Motor Club with the Charlotte Motor Speedway in the background. Pretty sure Bowman got tested driving that.
was from Kershaw. The IROC race at Ten Tenths was sold out. CARS at Nashville, sold out. Cleetus's freedom 500, sold out. Kershaw Motorsports park? Never heard of it.I hope that doesn't cause a long-term reduction in the testing teams sometimes do at Kershaw Carolina Motorsports Park. I'm not sure how Nashville or McFarland are related to my post.Kershaw Motorsports park? Never heard of it

I'm not sure why off the topic Carolina whatever was mentioned about Bowman being tested at Ten Tenths in the first place.I'm not sure how Nashville or McFarland are related to my post.
Not being from the area, there's no reason you should have heard of it. It's hosted sports car and motorcycle clubs from SC NC GA, LeMons, etc. NASCAR teams have tested there, including the Garage 56 entry. I doubt testing is a big part of the income but being able to mention it may bring a touch of prestige.

Okay.I'm not sure why off the topic Carolina whatever was mentioned about Bowman being tested at Ten Tenths in the first place.![]()
It created an opportunity for yet another gratuitous Cleetus McFarland reference.Okay.
Bowman tested at Ten Tenths. I wondered if testing there would reduce testing done at CMP. Just a casual thought.
Thanks for noticing. It created an opportunity for yet another gratuitous Cleetus McFarland reference.
Teams don't get to test anywhere using a car that is used in Nascar unless it is an approved test. That is why they had Bowman using a street car on a non Nascar track I would guess.Okay.

You are, of course, correct. I'd completely forgotten all testing is no longer allowed, including tracks not on the schedule.Teams don't get to test anywhere using a car that is used in Nascar unless it is an approved test.
