When it's crowded with a bunch of mouth breathers wandering around aimlessly, it sucks. When it's not too busy, I actually love it. Perfect stop for a piss break (super nice bathrooms) when traveling, and a million great food options. Even when they are busy, I can get in and out of there...

I despise Chipotle simply because of their business model. They used to be known for huge burritos at a fair price. Now you have to pay an extra $5 just to get an extra tablespoon of meat. They totally skimp on the good stuff and the burritos end up being half the size as they were years ago...

I've been to Outback a few times, and was never impressed. Longhorn is wayyyy better, and Texas Roadhouse is better too IMO (and way cheaper). I used to enjoy Hooters when we had one locally (15+ years ago) just because it was cheap. I think they had something crazy like $1 draft nights on...

How do you figure? To me, it sure seems like Spire is willing to invest, and they clearly have the resources to become a team that can compete for wins. And I think they have a pretty solid alliance with Hendrick

I'm not sure how this happened, but my hometown (Hilliard, OH) managed to book Big & Rich for their annual "Freedom Fest" before the fireworks. I'm a huge fan, and it was free, so of course I was there....

I misspoke here. 1 lb of beef is more than enough to make two large patties once you add the sausage. Grilled again today, and I definitely cooked them too long. Internal temps got above 160* so there was very little pink inside. Luckily, they were still juicy and delicious...

Ah, I got you. IMO, Harrison Burton is probably the worst driver in Cup, so I was confused to see anyone mention the word "great" in the same sentence, but now I understand what you meant

Very true! The size of the patty doesn't matter, as long as the beef/sausage ratio is considered. Adding the Tabasco sauce before grilling is a game changer! Although I strongly prefer the "chipotle" version vs the original

.....and you can make it yourself in a few minutes! Form a 1 lb burger patty (3 parts ground beef, 1 part mild breakfast sausage....this is very important) Cover both sides with garlic powder, and additional seasoning (salt/pepper, steak, etc) Add a generous amount of Chipotle Tabasco sauce...
