The new hotel at one daytona is charging 700 a night and it is completely booked.

According to dbnj 25k was the attendance. Up from 15k last year because of the the few days before the race the meteorologists were saying it was going to be a rainy Sunday.

It’s hard for us to see how many people attended because they have so many packages for sale. At the start of the race the stands going towards turn 1 were packed. I think the Rolex 24 is the only Motorsport event that I can sell my tickets for way more or face value.

Last year about 125k were at the race according to the dbnj.

According to bob pockrass Dover attendance was down 13.1% for the fall weekend. Also daytona removed some of the pit road patio. Not many seats but about 200.

They need to sell 97.5% of the tickets to be considered a sellout.

The place holds 101,500 and they sold 98k. They sold about 400 less tickets than last year. It's still well attended but not like 160k 10 years ago.
