Did Matt turn down a top car because of low salary offers? I get the idea Matt would take a lot less money to be in a car that has a chance at a championship, but isn't interested in mediocre rides. Is that not accurate?

I think he could have won it, but then decided he didn't want to take a chance on getting in the way of the championship contenders. He caught Kyle Busch so easily, and then backed it off after a handful of laps instead of going for the pass .. that looked pretty obvious.

Yeah ... hated to see Brad get in with that win, but it is what it is. I think it's funny that the Brad fans had to root for Kenseth to get around Chase and get that win. They were probably like me with 3 to go ... no cautions .. no cautions!

Pretty classy by Chase to race Kenseth cleanly. So much was on the line for Chase that he had a lot of incentive to try and keep Kenseth from making that late race pass. Chase did it the right way, and he'll be rewarded for his actions in the years to come.
