article: How NASCAR can get fans to return and retain them

It has an impact, but it's stars that really draw viewers to golf. When Tiger Woods plays, people pay attention. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

article: How NASCAR can get fans to return and retain them

I've been doing research on Golf for my Masters thesis. I'm also an avid Golfer. Golf saw a big decline from 2004 to about 2015, then the number of golfers taking up the sport began to match the number of golfers quitting due to old age or a lack of time. The main reason is that millennial...

    NASCAR Death Bed

So the time to worry starts when fans that are engaged talk about how changes are needed. At this point, stuff is still fixable. Posting is a sign that the fan is still engaged. The time to panic is when those fans stop being engaged. At that point, they have moved on and it doesn't matter...

BREAKING: Majority owners explore sale of NASCAR

That would be smart. I suspect it's a political problem in the the manufacturers might not like crate engines. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

    NASCAR - Television Ratings Thread

It's a huge financial hit for a professional sports league to cut back on the schedule. Events mean revenue. The IRL cut back only once they we're out of money and the tracks would not pay the sanction fees NASCAR is only going to do that as a last resort. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Lucky dog, and cars multiple laps down thoughts....

This is actually a real easy problem to fix. 1) No Wave around 2) No lucky dog 3) Pit road never closes 4) Green flag waves as soon as the track is clear, regardless of where the leader is.

Sedans are dead because it's too hard for us fat Americans with our bad knees to get in them. The driver seats are just to low.

This type of thing is hard to do without first firing the CEO and the entire management staff. Existing management always has baggage and alliances that prevent real change. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

Without a quote of how much they are paying to sponsor, there is no way to actually know that.

    78 FRR is done

I have to agree. When the driver doesn't bring the sponsor dollars and the can't find a new one, that's pretty much it. It's simply a math problem. Sent from my Pixel 2 XL using Tapatalk

You can look at what Indycar is doing. Don't fret for the Billionaires, it's going to be fine. Teams come and go. Someone will pick up where FRR left off..
