I put a "What's New?" link at the bottom left corner of the quick navigation/forum jump menu. Does that work? You can bring up that menu by clicking the little button on the right side of the breadcrumb (the one that shows you the path, e.g. Forums > Site-related > Racing-Forums Feedback)
