They do make 18" five lug wheels, so do not see why not. Unfortunately, the 18" wheels require a tire with a very small height in the cross section so it still will not get the car off the ground. Losing wheels is just one negative of the current system, the other is making the vehicle immobile...

Have a technical update. The 18" alloy wheels have the same inside diameter as the 16" steel wheels (within .100") due the thickness of the alloy wheels being 22mm or almost an inch thick.
