I'm gonna say F1 because of the complicated steering wheels with dozens of buttons and the drivers having to make multiple adjustments of those buttons per lap.

I watch every F1 and Indycar race and for the most part F1 is way more boring. You never know who's going to win the next race in Indycar.

Just put gravel or grass there so the drivers aren't tempted to run off the track to gain an advantage. It's as simple as that.
