I don't think engineering will have a legal effect with aero obviously.So what engine-wise can they control?Are these engines speed density or heated wire controlled?How much can they play with injector size,head flow,or valve angles? Can they run any cam they choose?
I love the absolute defense of manufacturers here.Still, it looks like the closest Nascar has gotten to parity.Wonder if they will ever dictate sizes of engineering teams.
