The new upcoming NASCAR game is very promising

I watched a few YouTubers' videos that dropped yesterday, pre-ordered the game last night, and will start playing it after work today. Everyone I've seen on YouTube seems pretty happy with the game. Even the one YouTuber who I've seen trashing it pretty hard this whole time came out yesterday...

Don't do that, man. The real Finals are happening now, no if's, and's, or but's. No excuses. Credit where credit is due. Vegas picks and chooses when to show up, which is why it's tough for me to root for them, but when they show up, they usually win. They showed up when it counted in the...

I take your point regarding Unrivaled. To be fair, Stewie, the other Unrivaled co-owner, is also a VP of the WNBPA, like Phee. If the WNBA actually compensated its players fairly, there would be no need for Unrivaled to even exist.

You're certainly free to speculate. I'm going off of Phee's own words from the piece I posted: Like I said earlier, I clearly wasn't there for the conversation. None of us were. That said, until Phee admits to making this whole thing up or evidence comes out clearly showing that she made it...

Unsurprisingly, after Cathy Engelbert's press conference the other day, that meeting with Phee didn't happen. Phee obviously didn't like the fact that Cathy pretty much called her a liar and therefore cancelled the meeting. I don't blame her one bit for that...

The new upcoming NASCAR game is very promising

So, apparently there's been a slight change - NASCAR 25 will be out in early access by Thursday night at midnight - so, a day earlier than expected. I watched this full discussion with NASCAR 25 producer Matt Lewis. I'm legitimately excited to play this in a few days.

I'm glad to see Dana Evans thriving in Vegas after leaving Chicago. She scored 21 points off the bench last night in their Game 1 win over Phoenix. Looks like it was a good, close game. https://www.espn.com/wnba/story/_/id/46481730/las-vegas-aces-defeat-phoenix-mercury-game-1-wnba-finals

    WNBA 2025

Yeah, I don't either. Obviously, I wasn't in the room for the conversation, but like I alluded to earlier, that's not how Phee operates. She's the polar opposite of a rabble-rouser. I watched the first 10 minutes or so of Cathy Engelbert's press conference. Aforementioned CC comment denial...

    WNBA 2025

I checked the Vegas/Indiana Game 5 score this morning. I wasn't surprised to see that Vegas won, but I smiled when I saw that Indiana took them to OT. Of course they did. They could have tapped out a few months ago, but that's not what Coach White's teams do. It didn't matter who was on the...

    WNBA 2025

Even if the sources' statements are indeed "categorically false" this time, I think Cathy Engelbert's days as W commissioner are numbered. There's been a steady chorus of players and coaches repeatedly putting the league on blast all season long. Now, one of the top players, who never goes...

I mean, the ego dripping off of Cathy's comments as reported by Phee approaches Mr. McMahon level.

    WNBA 2025

I obviously don't know her personally, but Phee has always come across to me as a quiet, humble, mild-mannered young lady. She's definitely not the type to stir up drama or anything like that. If she says that Cathy Engelbert said this stuff, I 100% believe her.

    WNBA 2025

No, it isn't even close to balanced. What the ladies have been asking for from the W is not the same amount of money that NBA players get, but the same percentage of revenue sharing that the guys get from the NBA, or close to it. I think it's a fair ask, particularly given the explosion in...

    WNBA 2025

Yep, and I hope they continue to boldly speak out. Nothing will change otherwise.

    WNBA 2025

Yeah, Phee was already one of my top favorite players, but I think I have a new #1 after hearing that. I'm so proud of her.

    WNBA 2025

That's just the tip of the iceberg, apparently. Phee had a lot more to say in the press conference where she mentioned this. I'm really proud of her for stepping up, speaking out, and going to bat for the rest of the players. Well done, Phee! @muggle not, after hearing what Phee had to say, I...

The new upcoming NASCAR game is very promising

Having now watched a bunch of YouTubers' gameplay videos, barring any major unforeseen issues between now and the early access release date, October 11th, I'm probably gonna preorder this game. The most important thing to me with a racing game is the actual driving/racing. While I obviously...

    WNBA 2025

Phoenix eliminated Minnesota yesterday, as I expected with Phee down for the count. Depending on which Vegas team shows up tomorrow night, we could see an Indiana/Phoenix final, in which case I'll likely be done reading Internet posts about the W for the season. Social media would be beyond...

    WNBA 2025

Nothing wrong with that. Everybody's got their favorite team, and most of the people here are right there with you. You guys are watching one more team than I'm watching right now. I couldn't tell you the last game I watched - I just know it was sometime earlier this season. All I've been doing...
