I made the decision to put him down. He had stopped eating and then stopped drinking water. I didn't have the money for all the different blood tests needed to diagnose, they were over $500. He would have needed long term care at the vet too. I just could not afford thousands of dollars and...

Time to do the right one. I'm in the right headspace but I still dread the recovery.

Yeah it's that time again. The 30th, I'll be going under the knife. Just in time for a full bathroom remodel. Don't even ask how I'll do this, because I don't know. And the remodel does have to be done. I have leaks and a soft floor. Calgon take me away.

I've not been around much. I just haven't felt like posting, been in a weird mood. My kidney numbers gave improved. The kidney Dr seems to think I was dehydrated due to the lasix I was on. I'm a lot better. I hope you all are well.

They took blood yesterday and the result wasn't good. I'm in shock

This can probably be combined with my other hospital thread but I wanted yall to know. I've been diagnosed with pulmonary hypertension. They found it during my hospital stay. It's not like the usual blood pressure problem. I see a pulmonologist on Apr 8th...

I checked myself onto the ER Thursday night. I hadn't been able to breath since Tuesday. It was bad. After much poking, prodding and getting stuck, they found water on both lungs which in turn, took it's toll on my heart. It was slightly enlarged. I'm home and on new meds. I can breath again.

I am so happy for her. They've been together almost 5 years. With me so far away, well, I'm just glad she has someone. :)

and sprained my knee 2 nights ago. I'm using a walker but it's feeling better. The ibuprofen is actually helping the pain now.

I get the feeling the tide is turning. Now, I could be wrong but I just am seeing new faces up front and winning.
