2009 All Star race in Bristol?

My buddy and I were thinking of going to the All Star race next year, so I started to do some research to see what support races also run on that weekend and what dates. I came across a website that said the race would be moved to Bristol in 09.

True?

NASCAR released the '09 schedule last week. The All-Star race is still in Charlotte.
