Jinxed myself with this post. Anything that can go wrong has gone wrong at work today. No race watching for me today.
 
Figures I'm off today, and could have probably driven up to Pocono if I had time or money...

Driver intros just wrapped up at the track. Race goes green in 40 minutes. Partly cloudy skies, decent breeze blowing down the frontstretch.
 
Damn, I really wanted to watch this race instead of listen, mainly to see how the new aero package works on Rovals. Also, Brad's gonna get his 3rd win of the year.
 
Watching using Dish Anywhere. Soon to switch over to the mobile app on my phone. So many choices..... Awesome!

NASCAR has new rules this week concerning deck lids to make sure they are tight to keep teams from a possible aerodynamic advantage. The deck lid of Dale Earnhardt Jr. was checked about 10 minutes ago and apparently was determined to be OK (if not, he likely would have been sent to rear of field for start of Pocono race).
