They used to do it ALL the time. Think of the courage it took for the pit crews to jump out in front of the cars back in the day.How the heck do they do this??????

I doubt that even Brian France knows. LOLWhy does the all star race quals need a second round for?
dang it for Kurt 2 loose ones
No doubt Harvick is asking that same question. Why does the all star race quals need a second round for?
I can make a meme as well see
Such a stupid rule. I don't understand NASCAR's hard on for the lugnut BS
Except for the Kyle Busch set. Those tires are matched perfect and staggered special

They couldn't go over the wall until the car was stopped. I'm sure that was a factor. It is interesting that 11 second pit stops are the competitive norm during the races, but yesterday during qualifying, there was only one such stop (Kyle Larson 11.9 seconds). Is this because teams knew lug nuts would be checked? Or different timing procedures for yesterday's broadcast?
That's what they were saying in the booth. They said that overall a 13 second stop was a really good one. They couldn't go over the wall until the car was stopped. I'm sure that was a factor.
They didn't want anyone over the wall because the cars were coming in hot. That's what they were saying in the booth. They said that overall a 13 second stop was a really good one.
Yep. Not like in the old day's, no speed limit, no helmets and mostly blue jeans and T-shirts instead of fire-suits for the over-the-wall bunch. Not me for sure. They didn't want anyone over the wall because the cars were coming in hot.
