I was pulling for Sato at the start and for Herta during the rest of the race but still an entertaining race.
It's 4:45 am now and the sun is rising. With this one, the Michigan Xfinity race and the Pocono Xfinity race I watched in re-live, I spent the whole night watching racing. Gotta love it.

As I said several times, IndyCar is currently by far the best racing on four wheels.
I truly enjoyed followng the race with you.

The last time there was an all-American podium was 2015 at Iowa. Before that, the 2006 Indy 500. I can't imagine how long it's been since we had an all-American Top 5 before tonight.

Edit: COTA this year had all Americans in the top four, but not sure about the last time for a full Top 5.

The crowd looks better than in recent years, IMO. And given how big these grandstands are, I wouldn't complain about that crowd.

Yeah... Texas seats 112,000+ and they did a decent job of filling up the middle. Probably 30-35K, maybe 40 if generous.
