Augh I remember Joey getting bit by that at New Hampshire a few years ago.. lap 5 blew a tire and ripped out parts from behind the left rear. Race over.

I think Chevy's are gonna be fast this weekend. They had a pretty solid weekend @ Vegas. I think they will finally start to show the speed they've been lacking for the past year. You can't judge them by three races, one which was a restrictor plate.

I heard a rumor that the cars are actually supposed to go FASTER this week...potentially track record faster...surely this cannot be true, it goes against everything NASCAR is about

Already knew it was going to be a crazy race with this package. With the increased speed in the middle of turns... I expect some tire failures this race IMHO. I need to lookup the speeds for 2014 because these cars in this configuration lap times are possibly faster.
Goes to show just how much teams have gotten in terms of downforce out of the Gen-6 car.
