yea I agree its not gonna be a throwback if they're going to bastardize it with the number. However I enjoyed a good Mark Martin Viagra scheme, so while random its not the worst transgression. The number is the worst one.

I never cared much for any of the Viagra cars, but IMO they picked the ugliest one. I thought these looked better......

Not moving the numbers back to the door makes the throwbacks worthless.

Any throwback that you have to ask what it's throwing back to is worthless. Very few are well done, most are some thing the race fans have no idea or the color scheme doesn't even match

as long as there are folks who still have fun with it, thats all that counts

for whatever it’s worth I’ve gotten my personal fill from the throwback races… it just seems forced now. There’s not really a paint scheme I could think of personally, which hasn’t been done and therefore should’ve…

most of the sponsors never wanted to play along THAT much… so 85% of them were laughable

I’m fine with just seeing current liveries as they are. Sponsors don’t want to switch up their color pallets for this race, why twist their arm anymore than we did…
