What is the difference between the ST/RC and the intermediate package? Didn't they run the same aero package at all tracks except the superspeedways?

Maybe just me but this series could use Joey Gase full time in the 35 & Josh Bilicki in the DGM 92?? I see they are running part time schedules.

Shame that Jeffrey Earnhardt couldn’t get the 8 car full time.
