Dennis Hauger should already be in IndyCar this year, tbh. He’s going to make Kirkwood’s dominant 2021 Indy Lights campaign look like child’s play. I’d be a bit worried if I were Marcus Ericsson.

Gapped another 2.5 seconds while on hard tires so far. I don’t think there’s any stopping him anytime soon. Three titles in four years and he’s only getting better each weekend.

In a not-so-distant universe, the McLaren signing pans out and Palou is probably leading the F1 World Championship right now. Cadillac should be blowing up his phone to get him in one of their race seats for next year, if possible.
Lundgaard has been on a heater as well…if he and McLaren can take that next step he poses the biggest threat to Palou.
Best drive of the day has to go to VeeKay for sure, and very nice Top 10s for Rossi and Siegel as well.
Still no yellows since lap 1 at St. Pete. I have to figure that changes at turn 1 in Indy next Saturday, right? The races have been pretty respectable so far this season, but a bit of drama and a challenge for Palou would help keep things interesting.
