All I know is I wouldn’t want to find out when my suspension fails at 185 MPH on corner entry. But of course Rasmussen is gonna take the risk and go for it.

Looks fine. Some sturdy cars right there. Power was in the wrong there, just ran him right into the wall

I was rooting for Power but I think he squeezed Rasmussen. I also think Rasmussen had plenty of time and the speed to wear down any moves or blocks by Power without walling it.
I still hope Rasmussen's suspension holds up, he deserves the win in my opinion.

Awesome race - certainly better than any of the last three Phoenix events between 2016-2018. IndyCar short oval racing is a really good product right now.
Props to FOX and NASCAR for having the series join the card this weekend. It’s so important to have an oval before the 500 and Phoenix has a lot of open wheel heritage. This was another home run collaboration after St. Pete.

Nail-biter of a race. Would've loved to see Christian hold on but he'll get a win at either Gateway or Milwaukee. Guy is just incredible to watch at these tracks.
I think this is the ideal distance for IndyCar. About two hours full of action, lots of passing and no fuel saving.

Remember, in years past, the guy who ran well at Phoenix was usually super fast at Indy too. He may have got hosed today, but he's looking great going into Indy.

Rasmussen is a wheel man and he should put on great show and be a great story at Indy. I am so ready for anyone to step it up against Álex Palou and give him some competition.
But Indy is also a lot less forgiving in my opinion. Every corner entry has to be perfect. Rasmussen has the wicked speed, he will have to work on the patience.
