2026 Indy GP

Rossi getting out of a stricken car on a 185 MPH straightaway while race control keeps the race green so the leaders can pit. Simply shameful officiating and blatant race manipulation as well.

Best Indy GP weekend in some time. Early cautions really mixed strategies up and we got an awesome wheel-to-wheel battle for the win. About time Christian finally got a win for McLaren. Compelling stuff.

Race control needs to do some serious introspection. Likewise for Andretti and their pit crew program - cost Kirkwood a huge opportunity to make inroads on Palou today.

Kept waiting for Palou to come up to the front and stink up the show but it didn't happen....for once. Enjoyed the fight for the win. An enjoyable race except for the Rosenqvist accident. He's one of my favorites and I'd like to see him do better.

The Rossi delayed FCY was the second dumbest non-decision I've seen in quite a while. The first was why the yellow didn't come out several laps earlier for the chunk of debris in turn 7. Good thing my dandruff has me used to scratching my head.

Nice pass by Lundgaard!

Why do they have it stuck in their heads that a full course yellow requires immediately closing the pits? The dangerous policy of holding yellows was meant to limit the dumb luck circumstances of pitting on the right / wrong side of a caution. So why can’t the change in procedure be to leave the pits open for the completion of the lap the yellow is thrown on, allowing everyone the chance to pit? It isn’t perfect, but it is a hell of a lot better than the game they have been playing.
