State Trooper is transporting a prisoner/suspect and stops to assist in a traffic accident. Dude steals his car!
Details as to how he stole the car aren't being released but that cop is gonna have some serious 'spaining to do.
Dude dumped the cop car and stole (?) a pickup. Also a passenger.
Rt 95, 295 and 146 shutdown.
Found the dude, shootout and one dead and one wounded. No idea who is dead or wounded.
