AJ Allmendinger's defense disputed

That is true. Dale Jarret requested Shane Hmiel to be tested and that is when he failed the third and last time.
I suspected it but didn't know it, he was tested right after their last confrontation I believe.

Yes Bristol. He was reported the first time he failed also I beleive when he was in trucks. It's a shame the drugs got him cause he was fun to watch. I especially liked his and Dale's last incident. Ended perfectly from where I was sitting:)

I didn't know that. Interesting.

Drivers can report their suspicions to Nascar. I think that was a case of pure speculation and retaliation by Jarrett using Shane's past against him. That was the one of the few times I doubted Nascar till he said he was dirty.

What do you mean by confrontation?
I dont remember all of the details, I'm sure someone will post a link but DJ and Shane had a couple of run ins, DJ confronted him at his car after an incident after a race and shane made some comments that were picked up on the in car and also gave a one finger salute. Dont remember but he called DJ some old man type names.

Dale Jarrett.......pretty much sums it up for me:D

He is real slow at picking things up. I'll never forget the interview he did with Edwards after he flipped Brad at Atlanta. Carl says "I went into turn 2 and saw Brads car in the air. I thought, there goes my career, I just killed Keselowski". Jarrett just nodded his head and smiled that dumbass smile of his.

I remember that, lol. Jeff Gordon has scrapped more talent from under his fingernails then what Jarrett had... Guess that goes for most guys out there too:)
Jeff was unbelievable. He sure ended Sr's reign over the sport.
We sure we're treated to 7 seasons of "I ain't losing to him" racing and it was great. Jeff won 56 times in the races against eachother to Dale's 21.

Hmiel was completely out of control during that Bristol Race.

He was out of control period and I'm going to stick my head in a noose but it had nothing to do with smoking weed, in fact as out of control as this guy was smoking weed probably calmed him down. Again I'm probably shooting myself but I have no problem with someone smoking weed, now if he did it the day of race then that's different.

I agree, the weed had nothing to do with it. The cocaine on the other probably contributed a little bit:)

Bipolar II would explain most of his personality traits, then cocaine use would explain the rest.

IMO, America would be a better place if all Alcohol ABUSE could be replaced with marijuana use.

Thanks, and I would like to think with all the people around the garage someone would have noticed that this guy was sick and needed help, why did it take so many drug tests and why in 2012 do so many still focus on the drugs and not the illness, this guy was legitimately sick, I'd like to see him get another shot at nascar.
