Just a poll consensus of old track design vs new, plus all comments are welcome also.

I will never attend another race in Atlanta, the new design sucks big time. A 1.5 mile Super Speedway race is stupid to me. JMHO

I mean old, old, Atlanta from the 80's and 90's was an absolute beast before the configuration. Now..... its just butchered after reconfiguration #2. But I hold out hope once this surface wears, tire wear and handling will break this draft up while racing like a hybrid of old Daytona and old Atlanta which would be neat.

It would be OK novelty, really, as a 5th plate weekend like how the Busch Clash was at Daytona on Saturday Night & Sunday all those years.

But yeah, having all these plate tracks really takes away from Daytona 4th & Talladega.

This is missing a third option. IMO they should have reconfigured it back to the pre-1997 design.

NASCA$H should double the purse money at these tracks just so the teams could come close to breaking even.
