An unexpectedly happy ending

    ERNUL, N.C. (WNCT) - Missing three-year-old Casey Hathaway has been found alive, according to Craven County Sheriff Chip Hughes.

    According to the FBI, he is in good health, is talking and is being evaluated by doctors at Carolina East Medical Center.

    The toddler was found off Aurora Road, close to the intersection with Toler Road.
