I think they’ve been saying this every year for ten years now. Honda sounded imminent back in February/March, but it’s looking more likely at the moment that was to gain leverage in negotiations with IndyCar. Anything is possible, but I wouldn’t hold my breath.
Nissan is broke, Stellantis is broke, but Honda is actually doing pretty good. But I have a feeling they won't come in until the hybridization is implemented.
