I hate it when I receive these notices on Monday mornings.
From a Lee USA Speedway press release:
Friday night, while working at Twin State Speeway in Claremont, NH., safety worker Michael J. Bliss lost his life in a racing accident.
It was reported on local news that he had walked onto the track to retrieve debris while cars were running under a yellow flag during a practice session and was struck and killed.
Thoughts, prayers and sympathies go out to Michael's family from his extended racing family.
