Been told mold,termites,efflorescence, to miricle grow?Not really sure so I washed it off and we will see if it returns

No Thanks.I agree it looks like it but haven't used Miricle grow in my yard in years?It's weird that it's only on the ledge of 1 set of windows on the whole house?What's it taste like?
It is weird but I don't know of anything else that is granulated and is that color.

It's probably Moss I tell ya. It grows on anything even slightly porous like concrete and bricks that's in the shade and damp. We have a lot of it around here and it comes in different colors and consistency. In it's early stages it looks a lot like what you have.

Blue is a natural color with many flowers, berries, moss and other organic things. Just like the blue moss I posted pictures of above.
Good point...but blue is sort of borderline outside of flowers and berries..
