Been told mold,termites,efflorescence, to miricle grow?Not really sure so I washed it off and we will see if it returns
 
No Thanks.I agree it looks like it but haven't used Miricle grow in my yard in years?It's weird that it's only on the ledge of 1 set of windows on the whole house?
It is weird but I don't know of anything else that is granulated and is that color.
 
It didn't break down with water and kinda felt spongelike?
It's probably Moss I tell ya. It grows on anything even slightly porous like concrete and bricks that's in the shade and damp. We have a lot of it around here and it comes in different colors and consistency. In it's early stages it looks a lot like what you have.

Blue is not a natural color...so I figure it has to be leftover "Miracle Grow" like Bobby said...just my humble opinion. Put a tad on your finger and taste it...is it Salty?

Blue is a natural color with many flowers, berries, moss and other organic things. Just like the blue moss I posted pictures of above.

Good point...but blue is sort of borderline outside of flowers and berries..
