Nascar needs to do something about the rain. Either make it not rain, or learn how to race in it. It gives the whiners something to complain about because it produces lower viewing numbers, and it makes it almost impossible to record the race for the die hard fans. The Daytona 500 was one of the best restrictor plate races I have watched, but you had to be a trooper to hang around for it. If you had any plans for later, you were screwed.

Amen to that. Some of that crap is so poorly written.


As far as TV rating declines, @StoneTown is right, Americans aren't watching like they were. The problem with NASCAR(and for some reasons other series' are following suit), they keep having knee-jerk reactions to try and bolster ratings and attendance.. All they are doing is creating gimmicks, and ruining the integrity of Motorsports.
