Austin Dillon's pole time disallowed

Someone better soon step in here or I may have to defend the cheater ;)

I think ole' Richard knows that Austin doesn't stand a chance against Stenhouse.

Last week with the car being to low in the rear did not help but hurt, now this is crazy too. Don't think either one really helped anything.

I don't buy the whole 'didn't help us' BS. If you drop the spoiler, the car is faster. How much faster? Chad went through a ton of trouble to keep 1/3 of the air off the spoiler that Austin benefited from.

I agree. NASCAR should start doing some extra inspections on those RCR cars.

Six points last week. That penalty was a joke. If a guy gets to keep a win because they cheated, a six point penalty doesn't mean anything. Basically, it's the difference between finishing first and third.

I could tell just by watching his lap on TV that he was cheating.

It seems anytime we see the car on track its cheating lately. Think they might want to try getting their attention this time. Illegal noses, too low, and now this. Not good.

I really could. DIRECTV has a special channel for Premier Package subscribers that supplies HD images of the car interiors along with 24bit audio encryption. I was able to run it through a waveform analyzer and it became blatantly obvious that the was illegal venting in the mid rear of the vehicle. I'm surprised no one else noticed.

NASCAR didn't adjust their penalties for the extra 25% win bonus they added with the new point system. The old 25 point penalty took you from win points down to 4th place points.

We might not see any penalties from this but two weeks in a row and isn't the CC already on probation?

They've taken points from drivers for unloading and failing inspection. If there isn't a points penalty here, then NASCAR owes people severance points.

Bullsheet. Everyone knows that a waveform analizer reverbs beyond readable wave lengths when it's fed echo saturated 24 bit audio.

Other than the "owing" part, they better do something, if they don't, something ain't right

I would like to know more about this hose trick. I wonder if Austin will say it fell off because they used the wrong screw this time.

Think thats an attempt to get the air out from under car. Similar to what Edwards did at Vegas sometime back. Wow, theyre really pushing the limits on the rulebook lately over there.

Now that I've though about it, I'm sure they meant air, not water. Duh.

Just seeing this news now. What was this hose supposed to be connected to? Just curious. Was it one of the hoses going to the cooling box for the driver or what?

So will we see triple probation now for the CC? First for the nose, then for the car being too low and now this.
