Band Name Game

Now I have a band name but i am afraid to post it in case it's a repeat!! Guess I runied the game huh?? :(
 
Just a useful tip...if your computer and internet connection have a hard time loading things like pictures and lots of text, you can disable them in your profile here in the forums.

Click on "UserCP" and then "Edit Options" in there you can pick and choose what part of the forums you would not like to see...ie people's avatars (avatars are the little pictures under everyone's names), signatures and other things.

That may help keep the place at a level where your connection can handle it. :)
 
I'm on a LAN, with multiple connections to the 'net...

I thought all of these avatars were stored locally
on your board??? And, what's actually the slowest
thing to load is the reply window, which aside from
all the smilies, has no graphics at all...

Avatars are stored locally on my server. You can turn them off in your options.

I've noticed that the reply page takes a bit longer to load...that's something I've been working on.
