I guess I should honor my old friend Kat and put this in the "Kat's Corner" thread of recipes, but I wanted to make sure people know of this great salad/appetizer. If you have a Bonefish restaurant in your area and have not tried it, give it a shot and order the Bang Bang Shrimp for an appetizer. It has become their most favorite appetizer even though they feature other ones. Quite simply, this is such a good eat that you can even use it as an entree...something that we did this evening at our home. After an extremely long day, after a day of having my rear end explored, and knowing that we will miss our local races, I made this dish. What a delight it turned out even though I don't have a deep fryer. Give this one a shot either at the restaurant or google the recipe and make it yourself. You'll love it!
