After three years, Beaux Barfield is leaving IndyCar and going back to IMSA.

If that dumbass Barnhart is going to be race director again, we're going to have a big problem. Or at least I am...

I thought Beaux was okay. He was getting better. The Will Power call at Toronto probably was his biggest questionable call of this year.

Wally Dallenbach Jr, Pancho Carter caught my interest (Carter being a Wisconsinite) from his list. Wally would be an interesting pick because his old man did it for CART for so many years, not to mention he kind of has a rebel streak (saying Marco should just ignore the blue and black flags and keep blocking for RHR in 2012 finale). Also have seen Jon Beekhuis mentioned by fans as a possibility. He did work as a steward last year under Barfield, don't know if he has a shot at being the top man.
