Okay, we'll know tomorrow who will play Missouri for the Big 12 title on December 6th at Arrowhead Stadium in KC, but til then, there will be debates about who should go. Texas has a good argument that since they beat Oklahoma, they should go. But wait, if they want to use that reason, then Texas Tech should go because they beat Texas. But of course, we have the Sooners who beat Texas Tech. Current Big 12 rules state that if there is a three way tie, the higher ranked team in the BCS poll will play in the title game. Again, Texas has the first argument that says the Big 12 should use the rules of the SEC and the ACC. Those conferences say that in a three way tie, the lower ranked team will be dropped and the two higher ranked teams will break the tie with head to head scoring which would of course put UT in the game. The Big 12 isn't the SEC or the ACC so those rules don't count now. Maybe next year, but for this year, their argument is moot. The talk is now about "style" points but what are they? Anything that will impress the voters. Did OU get enough style points against OSU? Not sure, but with four straight games of over 60 points, that sure would impress a lot of people. UT beat OSU by four points and OU beat them by twenty. You can add the point differential between the three teams and OU will easily win. But there is still that one head to head game that is very important.

So, who will go? We'll know by this time tomorrow night.
